How to Register:

1.   Click on the “Sign Up” button below to pay $4.95 to enter the
       SHOW GIRLZ Contest.

2.   After paying, go to your email inbox which will have a receipt for your records
      of proof of purchase from Cummings Media, Inc.

3.   Email your e-receipt with your Bio and up to at least 3 high resolution
      images of  yourself to complete the registration process to:
      showgirlcontest@show-mag.com

4.   You will receive an email confirmation to confirm your entry to the
       SHOW GIRLZ Contest.

5.   SHOW Magazine thanks all the contestants. Good luck.
